FROM: David Olson, Executive Director of Public Works

SUBJECT: Authorize the Award of a Construction Contract with Bruce Flanigan Construction, Inc. to Construct the Septic Tank Elimination Program (STEP) Phase X Project

BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:

In 2002, the City implemented the Septic Tank Elimination Program (STEP) to connect properties served by on-site sewage facilities (septic systems) to the City sanitary sewer system. Bruce Flanigan Construction, Inc. $673,673.30
B-Corp Utilities, Inc. $771,122.11
Quality W Contractors, LLC $774,363.20
Bell Contractors, Inc. $781,857.19
