Summary of Request:

Republic Engineering and Development Services, on behalf of Michael and Rhonda Jung, has submitted a request to rezone approximately 20.75 acres out of the W. L. Harris Survey, Abstract No. 1155 from "A" (Agricultural District) and "AR-1" (Agricultural Single-Family Residential District) to "B-3" (Local Business District) with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for boat, RV, and semi-truck parking and storage.
