TO: Ronald L. Olson, City Manager
FROM: Danielle Singh, Executive Director of Public Works
SUBJECT: Set a public hearing date of August 27, 2019 to consider the Impact Fee Capital Improvements Plan and Land Use Assumptions
BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:
On October 16, 2018, City Council authorized the creation of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) to move forward with the process of implementing impact fees. Once the public hearing date is set and prior to thirty days before the date set for the hearing, notice of the hearing shall be published in the newspaper and the land use assumptions, time period of the projections, and a description of the capital improvement facilities proposed shall be made available to the public.

3. Approve the resolution establishing a date for the public hearing.
Which alternative is recommended? Why?
