SUBJECT: Professional services agreement with the Innovation Black Chamber of Commerce
BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:
In July of 2025, the City Council approved a Motion of Direction to consider funding up to $50,000 for the Innovation Black Chamber of Commerce (IBCC) if remaining fund balance was available from Fiscal Year (FY) 2025. On March 24, 2026, staff presented the FY 2025 Fund Balance along with proposed one-time uses, to include $50,000 for IBCC based on the motion of direction made in July of 2025. On April 21, 2026, council approved allocating the FY 2025 Fund Balance as presented at the March 24 Council Meeting.
The IBCC provided a professional services agreement outlining the services to be provided for the $50,000.00 discussed.

Request to scale the Agreement.
