Also attending were Interim City Manager Kent Cagle, City Attorney Holli Clements, Deputy City Attorney Andy Wallander, City Secretary Elaine Simpson, Interim City Secretary Micheal Lollar, Deputy City Secretary Megan Magallon, and Assistant City Manager Laurie Wilson.


Approval of Agenda

Motion was made by Councilmember Brown to approve the agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Kendrick. The motion carried unanimously (7-0).
