Proposed Zoning: "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District)
FLUM Designation: 'Residential Mix' (RM)

Summary of Request:

A request has been submitted to rezone the subject properties to "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District) to allow for future "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District) development. If approved, the properties will be required to be subdivided prior to development.


Zoning/Plat Case History:

The subject properties were annexed into the City limits in 1999 pursuant to Ordinance Nos. 99-61 (August 10, 1999) and 99-84 (October 19, 1999). Clear Creek Estates Phase I was platted in 1999 and developed as a residential subdivision.
