With the focus in reducing existing homelessness, the campus would provide a range of services at the center with some agencies and service providers having a direct or indirect presence at the center. The campus would remain a City-owned facility with the service provider paying a nominal fee to occupy the space, thereby offsetting overhead costs for a facility to benefit the operations and direct services.
