BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:
On May 4, 2019, the City of Killeen conducted a general election to elect a District Councilmember for District 2, District 3, and District 4. The District 1 race was canceled on March 12, 2019 due to having an unopposed candidate. State and local law requires the City Council to canvass the election returns and declare the results.
