Presiding: Mayor Joseph Solomon

Attending: Mayor ProTem Jessica Gonzalez, Councilmembers Beverly Ann Williams, Anthony Kendrick, Mellisa Brown, Charles Kimble and David Bass

Absent: Councilmember Debbie Nash-King

Also attending were Interim City Manager Kent Cagle, Assistant City Manager Laurie Wilson, City Attorney Holli Clements, Interim City Secretary Micheal Lollar and Sergeant-at-Arms Lawrence

Councilmember Beverly Ann Williams gave the invocation. Mr. Keller of the VFW on Fort Hood led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda

Motion was made by Councilmember Brown to approve the agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Bass. The motion carried unanimously (6-0).

Consent Agenda

MN-26-019 Consider Minutes of Regular City Council Meeting of May 19, 2026.

RS-26-093 Consider a memorandum/resolution authorizing the City Manager to
accept agreements with the Federal Aviation Administration for an Airport
Improvement Program (AIP) Grant and an Airport Infrastructure Grant
(AIG) to support the Terminal Rehabilitation Improvements project at
Killeen Regional Airport.

RS-26-094 Consider a memorandum/resolution approving Quick Roofing TIPS
cooperative #25010402 in the amount of $172,367.33 to repair the Lions
Club Park Senior Center roof.

RS-26-095 Consider a memorandum/resolution renewing Group Employee Medical
and Pharmaceutical Benefits with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas
and employee dental insurance with MetLife, effective October 1, 2026...
