BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:
On January 20, 2026, the City Council approved a Motion of Direction authorizing a Charter Review Committee. The City Council directed that each District Councilmember shall select a citizen from his/her district and each At-Large Councilmember shall select a citizen from the entire pool, regardless of the district.
City Staff solicited applications for the Charter Review Committee until January 30, 2026 for the following positions:
