BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:
On April 15, 2025, the City Council directed the Parks and Recreation Department to allocate $1,862,000 for the development of Goodnight Ranch Community Park. City staff issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design Services for Goodnight Ranch Community Park. We received submissions from eight firms, which were assessed by an evaluation panel of city employees.
