Presiding: Mayor Joseph Solomon
Attending: Mayor Protem Jessica Gonzalez, Councilmembers Charles Kimble, Beverly Ann Williams, Anthony Kendrick, Mellisa Brown, David Bass and Debbie Nash-King, appearing via ZOOM.
Also attending were Assistant City Manager Laurie Wilson, City Attorney Holli Clements, Assistant City Attorney Andy Wallander, and Interim City Secretary Michael Lollar.
Approval of Agenda
Motion to approve the agenda was made by Councilmember Brown, and seconded by Councilmember Kendrick. This motion carried unanimously by a 70 vote

Assistant City Attorney Andy Wallander introduced the first recommendation and presented the staff report. He discussed items related to Charter Review Committee recommended amendments to the Charter on City Council Initiated Investigations.
