Summary of Request:

Alejandro Alvarado has submitted a request to change the zoning designation of 2018 Cedarhill Drive from "B-1" (Professional Business District) to "R-3F" (Multifamily Residential District) to align with the current and intended use of the property as a residential apartment building. This also aligns with the surrounding neighborhood character.


Zoning/Plat Case History:

The subject property was annexed into the City limits on September 9, 1962. Staff was unable to determine the date of the initial zoning of "R-3" (Multifamily Residential District). The property was subsequently rezoned from "R-3" (Multifamily Residential District) to "B-1" (Professional Business District) in 2019 via Ordinance 19-11.
