BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:
The City of Killeen is committed to maintaining a safe and secure internet environment for all city employees. The Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TMLIRP) is the City of Killeen's current provider for workers' compensation, property, liability, and cyber liability insurance. TMLIRP provides Texas municipalities and local government entities with a reliable, cost-effective solution for risk management and loss prevention services. Beginning in fiscal year 2025, TMLIRP is creating a new Cyber Fund, and as a result, we are required to sign an updated Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response Interlocal Agreement.
