Summary of Request:
Central Texas Land Development Services is requesting an amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) for 1.81 acres of the T. Robinett Survey (Abstract No. 686), part of a tract conveyed to Clear Creek Commercial, Ltd. The amendment seeks to change the land's designation from Regional Commercial to Residential Mix to allow for residential development.
