Also attending were City Manager Kent Cagle, Assistant City Manager Jeffery Reynolds, Assistant City Manager Laurie Wilson, City Attorney Holli Clements, City Secretary Laura Calcote and Sergeant-at-Arms Rush

Motion was made by Mayor Protem Adams to approve the agenda, as presented. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Alvarez. The motion carried unanimously (6-0).
