Attending: Mayor Pro-Tem Jose Segarra, Council members Jim Kilpatrick, Juan Rivera, Brockley Moore, Jonathan Okray, and Elizabeth Blackstone
Absent: Councilmember Shirley Fleming
Also attending were City Manager Glenn Morrison, Deputy City Attorney Traci Briggs, Dianne Morrow (for City Secretary Dianna Barker), and Sergeant-at-Arms McDaniel.
Approval of Agenda
Motion was made by Mayor Pro-Tem Segarra to approve the agenda as written. Motion seconded by Councilmember Okray. The motion carried unanimously.
Ordinances / Resolutions
RS-15-038 A. RECEIVE Fiscal Year 2015-16 Proposed Annual Budget and Plan of Municipal Services.
B. Presentation/Briefing - City Manager's Proposed Annual Budget and Plan of Municipal Services for FY 2015-16.
C. Set the date of August 11, 2015, to hold a public hearing on the fiscal year 2015- 16 Annual Budget and Plan of Municipal Services.
Staff comments: City Manager Glenn Morrison officially filed the proposed FY 2015-2016 annual budget with the city secretary. Mr. Morrison briefly went over the development of the proposed budget and the operating budget highlights. Budget is scheduled to be adopted September 8, 2015.
Motion was made by Councilmember Kilpatrick to approve RS-15-038, setting a public hearing date of August 11, 2015. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Rivera. Motion carried unanimously.

With no further business, upon motion being made by Councilmember Segarra, seconded by Councilmember Okray, and unanimously approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:13 p.m.
