SUBJECT:                     KCCC Replacement of Interior Doors

BACKGROUND AND FINDINGS:

The Killeen Civic and Conference Center began operations in April 2002. The exit and side ballroom doors were replaced in FY 2023. Doors that were not replaced have suffered damages from patron and vendor usage. Several doors lack proper hinge mechanisms and cannot lock properly. The current appearance of the doors lacks a professional, inviting image as damages are highly visible.
