Current Zoning: "R-1" (Single-Family Residential District)
Proposed Zoning: "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District)
Current FLUM Designation: 'Traditional Neighborhood' (TN)

Summary of Request:

Quintero Engineering, LLC, on behalf of A & T Construction, LLC, has submitted a request to rezone approximately 7.4 acres out of the W. L. Harris Survey, Abstract No. 1155, from "R-1" (Single-Family Residential District) to "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District). If approved, the applicant intends to develop two-family residential homes on the property.

Zoning/Plat Case History:

The subject property was annexed into the City limits on August 24, 2021, via Ordinance No.
20-050. The property was subsequently zoned to "R-1" (Single-Family Residential District) on November 9, 2021, via Ordinance No. 21-063. The property is currently not platted.

In May 2022, the applicant submitted a rezoning request to rezone this property from "R-1" (Single Family Residential) to "R-2" (Two-Family Residential District).
